This fall, Capella is offering a unique opportunity for those interested in pursuing a doctoral degree - the Educator Advancement Scholarship and Grant.
Capella is offering one full-tuition scholarship and five $10,000 scholarships to new students who start a doctoral program at Capella in October, November, or December 2011. Applicants who meet all eligibility requirements and are not awarded a scholarship will receive a $1,600 tuition grant.
To be eligible, you must:
- be a currently employed faculty/staff member of an existing League for Innovation member school;
- meet Capella University admissions requirements and be accepted into a Capella doctoral degree program;
- be a new student* starting courses with Capella University in October, November, or December 2011;
- demonstrate a commitment to reflective practice and belief in the human potential of all individuals to learn and develop by responding to scholarship essay questions.
*Includes Capella alumni and former students who are reapplying to the university.
Applications will be accepted until September 12, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. CST.
