A special welcome back to all the MCC Dual Credit faculty liaisons from the School to College Alliances Office! Thanks to your involvement last year, over 3000 high school students in 26 school districts were able to earn MCC credit. A total of 383 sections of 66 different MCC courses were offered as the result of a partnership between 60 MCC faculty and 236 approved high school teachers. We are looking forward to another successful year and will be holding our Dual Credit faculty meetings on Wednesday, September 8th, from noon to 1:00 p.m., and Thursday, September 9th, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the Empire Room (3-209). We are also pleased to announce that we will be hosting a Dual Credit Reception for our high school teachers and district contacts (and our Dual Credit faculty) on Wednesday, September 22nd, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in Monroe A & B.
