We are quickly approaching the conclusion of another summer, spent on planning and preparing for our beloved Monroe Community College Students. At this time the office of Housing and Residence Life would like to invite you to participate in our Helping Hands move-in weekend experience the weekend of August 29th-31st. Each year we welcome over 760 students to reside on campus in our residence halls, and it all starts with the first impression. By assisting students with navigating the campus, within the residence halls, or answering their many questions you can assist our team in making their first day the best it can be. We also assist with moving items into the building, coordinating information to distribute and maintaining a positive connection between the students, their families and our MCC faculty and staff.
We offer a variety of times to assist, and we appreciate all assistance we can receive, so please consider registering as a Helping Hands volunteer. There is a variety of times to assist our new students moving in from 1:00pm-4:00pm on Friday August 29th as well as time slots to assist our returning population between 10:00am-12:00pm on Sunday August 31st.
