I regret to inform you that on Thursday April 15, 2004, John Baxter Sr. passed away. John was the father-in-law of Kathleen Baxter, DCC Student Services, and an uncle of Nancy Soregi, Financial Aid Office. Funeral arrangements will take place in Berwick, PA.
