Lists of students who received incomplete grades for the Spring 2003 (032) semester were distributed to faculty and department Chairs on Tuesday, 6/17/03. Each student on this list should have an Incomplete Grade Contract on file with the department listing what he needs to do to complete the course, when this work should be completed (no longer than one full year) and what his grade (alternate grade) will be if he does NOT complete the work at the end of the agreed upon deadline.
Students were mailed letters reminding them of the obligations and timeline they must fulfill to resolve their "I" grade for Spring 2003.
Please remember that students should NOT be told to re-register for the class and take it again. If they need to repeat the entire course to finish their work, they should have received an "F" rather than an "I". Students should NOT retake the course and should not have to pay for the course again when they have an "I" grade.
