The month of November is Open Enrollment for both Health and Dental Insurance. The Open Enrollment period is your opportunity to make any changes to your current health insurance and enroll in a dental plan if you are not currently covered.
On October 23, 2008 Excellus representatives, along with Human Resources staff, will be available to assist you as follows:
9:00 am – 12:00 pm Brighton Campus, Human Resources Conference Room #1305
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Damon City Campus, Conference Room #5057
Plan comparisons, 2009 health insurance rate sheets, and enrollment forms will be available at that time.
Please submit any enrollment forms to Human Resources by December 1, 2008.
