On Wednesday, May 20th, the Upward Bound Program recognized participants at the End of the Year Awards and Recognition Banquet.  Twenty participants were recognized for achieving a 3.0 GPA or better during the academic year.  Roberto Rivera (SOTA) and Erika Johnson (Wilson Commencement) were recognized for achieving a 4.0 GPA during the academic year.

The program also recognized 13 graduating seniors; 8 of them are planning to begin MCC in the fall.  The student of the year was awarded to graduating senior, Elizabeth Robinson (School of Business, Finance, and Entrepreneurship at Edison).  She is the schools valedictorian and plans to attend SUNY Alfred in the fall.
