On Saturday, April 10, President Kress’s Inauguration day kicks off with MCC students, faculty and staff donning sneakers and bicycle helmets for the Kress Inauguration Run/Walk or Ride! You can hoof 5K around the Brighton Campus perimeter road, pedal 15 miles to all four MCC locations or come out to cheer on your friends. No matter which way you choose to move forward, you’ll end up giving back. The Run/Walk or Ride provides a great opportunity to support our students, show your MCC spirit and build enthusiasm leading up to the inauguration ceremony in the afternoon.
In lieu of an entry fee, participants are asked to donate $10 or $20 to The Snowflake Scholarship Fund. This scholarship was established by the Kress-Davis family in 2009 to help students attend MCC and promote community engagement.
