It's that time again: Geography Awareness Week! From November 15–19, we are celebrating freshwater. Water is one of the defining issues of the 21st century. Of all the water on the planet, less than 1% is available for human use. This year, MCC’s Geosciences Department celebrates Geography Awareness Week with an online quiz that challenges you to "discover the fascinating geography of Earth's most precious natural resource."
Please go to https://www.monroecc.edu/go/quiz and submit your answers no later than Nov. 19th. The top three performing students and faculty/staff members will receive geography themed prizes from Geosciences faculty. This year there is a 15 minute time limit. Good luck!
