Student Technology HelpDesk Goes Live for Fall Semester


The Student Technology Help Desk (STHD) was established to provide a single point of service that will assist students with connecting to and utilizing MCC technologies.  The STHD is operated by knowledgeable staff that is dedicated to providing MCC students with excellent and timely service.

The STHD is located at the service desk in the LeRoy V. Good Library, 2-200, and is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Students are encouraged to walk up, or call 292-8324 (TECH) and select option 1,  during office hours.  You may also e-mail us at any time at: <"mailto:technologyhelp@student.monroecc.edu"> and someone will respond as soon as possible.

What we support:
Campus PC Login
Campus Wireless Connection
MCC Student E-mail
Angel Login
M & S Drive Connection
Assistance for MCC Network account activation or password resets /changes

What we do not support:
Student Accounts (Please contact Records and Registration)
Department Specific Programs, such as MiniTab & Keyboarding Pro (Please visit the Electronic Learning Center for department specific programs).
Residence Hall’s technology (call 292-2555)
Angel Non-Login Issues (SLN Help Desk at 1-1800-875-6269)

Personal laptops and smart devices:  Only assistance with MCC Campus Technology related problems will be provided.  The troubleshooting of personal programs, virus issues, malware issues, etc., is not offered.
