Spring 2006 Special Varied Length attendance bubble sheets have been sent to the departments to be distributed to faculty. These courses all have a non-traditional start and/or end date. Because the census dates are different for all these sections, we only review students who never attended. (01/01). PLEASE READ the memo accompanying your sheets for directions on using the MAT screen or if you prefer for filling out the paper copy. If you receive a sheet for a class that you have already reported attendance, write duplicate across the front of the form and return it to Records and Registration. Remember there are THREE attendance collections each semester ....Full semester courses was the first, now varied length courses which is the second and finally late start courses which will be sent out the first week in April.
