Please join Mayor Lovely Warren and President Kress at the Damon City Campus 4th floor atrium at Noon today for the Affordable Care Act Health Fair. Information on affordable, quality health care coverage will be available as well as giveaways and opportunities to meet with an application counselor.

This event is part of MCC’s participation in the White House Healthy Campus Challenge- a joint effort between the White House, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Education that engages college and university campuses in enrollment efforts nationwide. MCC was one of the first institutions to sign on to the challenge. The fair is also part of our role in National Youth Enrollment Day - a national movement where young people, communities, and organizations come together in a unified effort to ensure young adults know about their new health care options and enroll in health coverage.

Along with the City of Rochester, this event is in partnership with the MCC Wellness Council, Health Services, Pathways to Success at DCC, Student Life and Leadership Development, Student Government Association (SGA), Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), and New York State of Health.
