SLN Angel Training

Due to unprecedented demand, the MCC Instructional Design Team has added some training dates over the Winter/Spring breaks for SLN Angel Workshops 1-5.  If you are interested in teaching online or web-enhancing your course, you can sign up for these sessions by contacting Ann Gilbert at: <<mailto:agilbert@monroecc.edu>>. These workshops are for faculty who are new to online learning or online faculty who just want to “brush up” on a few things!  All sessions will be in room 12-201 on the Brighton Campus.  Complete workshop descriptions are on the online learning website at: <<https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/distlearn/training.htm>>.

2.      Instructors who will develop homework assignments, conduct discussions, give quizzes or provide for online submission of papers and other assignments should take <<https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/distlearn/AngelWorkshops.htm>> Workshops 1–3.

3.      Instructors interested in developing and teaching a fully online (SLN) course or a hybrid course should take <<https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/distlearn/AngelWorkshops.htm>> Workshops 1-5.
