The MCC ENR 259 (engineering design lab) students won second and third place at the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) Design Competition held in Columbus, Ohio on Monday, June 26th. Eight different institutions participated in this event.

The event required student teams to design and build autonomous robots that could collect and transport red and blue barrels to their appropriate buckets. The robots had a maximum time of 90 seconds to complete the task.

The team would like to extend a special thanks to Student Life and Student Services. Team members: Austin Dailey, Brandon Mackey, Jonathan Wilson, Alexander Nies, Shawn Prestidge, and Geoffrey Berl.
