MCC has received funding from the Women's Foundation of the Genesee Valley for a new collaboration with Catholic Family Center (CFC) to provide services for working women to enhance their educational and economic potential! We have completed our first semester of the program and are ready to recruit more participants!
We are accepting students into this program for Summer 2007; participants will enroll in CDL 101, Career and Life Planning for Returning Adult Students, taught at DCC. CDL 101 will be offered July 10-August 9, 2007 from noon-2:00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Participants will also receive mentoring, individual counseling and goal-setting sessions, and the opportunity to participate in additional programs and services offered by MCC and CFC.
Interested students should call DCC Student Services at 262-1753 and request an intake interview with Corinne Mulhall to determine if they are eligible to participate in the program.
