Conference on Bullying at DCC


The Conference on Bullying will be held Saturday, March 24, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Damon City Campus. Keynote address on “Bullying: New Challenges of an Age-Old Problem” will be given by Dr. David B. Seaburn, PhD LMFT. Workshop topics include: Bullies Within Families: Not Even Safe at Home; Not Just Child’s Play: Bullying and Young People with Disabilities; Anti-Bullying Legislation in NYS; Bullying as a Pathway to Gang Formation; Bullying and the GLBT Community.

The conference is open to all MCC students. It is free, but registration is required. Registration forms are available at the DCC Human Services Department in room 5076 and Campus Center Office on the fifth floor next to the elevators.
