Several members of the Sustainability Steering Committee, as well as other faculty, staff and students at MCC, participated in Curb Your Car Week, Oct 3 – 9. They were joined in their bike commute to MCC by VAPA faculty member Larry Mandelker (middle left). The event was sponsored by ColorBrightonGreen.org and encouraged individuals to find alternatives to driving for a week, including carpooling, using public transportation, combining trips, walking or biking.
