Stop by Food For Thought, MCC’s instructional culinary laboratory Monday - Thursday from 11:30 a.m. - 1:15 pm for a bit to eat.  All food is prepared, cooked, and served daily by students in the Hospitality Management program. We specialize in house-made, local food. We bake our own breads, grind our own meat, make our own soups from scratch, and use fresh chicken breast for our chicken tenders and chicken entrees. Check out our new menu below, and also attached!!  We are located in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center, Bldg. 3, Room 146. Feel free to call for reservations or to place a take-out order @ 292-FOOD (x3663), choose option #1.  All dine-in customers will receive a FREE iced tea or lemonade with their meal.  We hope to serve you soon!!

$5.49 - Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich with provolone, Swiss, roasted peppers & spinach      
$5.99 - Pasta Carbonara - Linguini tossed in a rich cream sauce with bacon, peas, and Parmesan cheese
$5.99 - Spinach Salad - Fresh tender, baby spinach with thick-sliced bacon, a hardboiled egg, toasted pecans, mushrooms, onions, and mandarin oranges tossed in warm bacon dressing (Add a Chicken Breast for $1.99)
