The Spring 2010 issue of Edible Finger Lakes magazine profiles Rochester foodie Michael Warren Thomas, who recognizes MCC’s Hospitality instructor Gerry Brinkman as one of the great local chefs to follow (although Gerry’s name is misspelled in the article).
