Earlier this month we put an article in the Tribune announcing that EBS was scheduled to undergo a system conversion beginning March 31, 2011. At that time we relayed to you that online claim submissions would be discontinued on the old website as of March 31, 2011 and start on the new website April 4th 2011.
We have since been informed by EBS that they have delayed the implementation of the conversion until further notice, so we are asking that you please DISREGARD the information in the March 7th Tribune Article with the implementation schedule.
You may continue to submit your online claims with no interruption in service until further notice.
