Reflections Restaurant is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day this Thursday, March 17th!!! Come wearing something green and you will receive a FREE Shamrock Cookie with a sit-down or take-out purchase. Come celebrate with us and try out our entrée special for the day; we will be serving Corned Beef and Cabbage with Potatoes and Carrots. Our dessert special will be Vanilla Mousse. Reflections is a student-operated restaurant that is located in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center (Bldg 3) on the 1st Floor. We are open from 11:30am to 1:20pm, Monday – Thursday. We hope to see you for our St. Patrick’s Day celebration this Thursday!!!!
