MCC Damon City Campus Student Services representatives, Mary Mendez Rizzo, Counselor and Kathy Baxter, Senior Advisor, participated in, "Cafe Con Leche", one of the National Hispanic Heritage Month activities sponsored by the City of Rochester. The event took place on Tuesday September 23rd in City Hall Council Chambers and included the PBS documentary “The Puerto Ricans: Our American Story”.
