Monday, December 1, is the deadline for student- and faculty-initiated withdrawals.
Please check the most recent copy of your attendance roster. Every student listed on this roster will be on your grade roster and will need a grade. If you have students listed who are not currently attending and to whom you do not want to give an "F," please withdraw them from your course by Monday, December 1. All students listed on your final grade roster will need a grade. A "W" grade cannot be submitted on a grade roster or online.
Student- and faculty-initiated withdrawals submitted after December 1 only can be accepted under special circumstances. Withdrawals processed after the deadline date may cause a problem with financial aid adjustments for students.
You may check your 107 screen for up-to-date information on who is enrolled and who has withdrawn from each of your courses.
