Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD): Overview for Faculty

Presenter: Jessica Morelli, Counselor, Services for Students with Disabilities office
This presentation will provide faculty with an overview of the SSD office. Topics will include functions of the office, disability statistics, referral process, reasonable accommodations, disability etiquette, and hypothetical scenarios. The goal of this presentation is to enhance positive engagement among faculty and staff members in order to best support a diverse population of students at MCC.
