Deadline Extended for New SUNY Open Educational Resources (OER) Stipends

OER has the potential to save our students hundreds of dollars per semester. In a time when we are looking to assist students in overcoming the barriers imposed by the increasing cost of education, this is a timely opportunity to expand this endeavor. Along with the obvious cost benefit to students, this is a real opportunity for MCC faculty to further personalize the learning experience for our students by customizing the course content for their particular class. Through the SUNY OER Initiative we are expanding the use of OER at MCC!

**The adjusted deadline to apply for new OER Adoption Stipends is Monday, November 27th @ 8:00am.** Details about how you can receive funding to redesign your course, and the initiative application are attached below.
