Bonnie Petrosino served as a registered nurse at the Camp Connect retreat on Oct. 15, 2003. Camp Connect is held at Notre Dame Retreat House on Canandaiqua Lake. Camp Connect, sponsored by Cancer Action, is a camp for anyone over 18 years of age who has or had cancer. "It offers a special place where adults whose lives have been disrupted by a cancer diagnoses can talk and share with others who have been in the same position." The theme of this years retreat was "Desire, Energy, Wisdom, and Spirit."
