Parking Permits for Downtown Campus

As preparations for the move to MCC’s Downtown Campus get underway, Damon City Campus employees are encouraged to ensure their vehicles are registered with MCC to be legally permitted to park on the new campus.

The process for employees to register their vehicles, update vehicle information or review information is as follows:

-- Log in to your myMCC account with your MCC network account and password.

-- Select the “Banner” tab.

-- In the Banner Access Menu box on the left, click the “Banner Self-Service” link.

-- Select the “Employee" tab, then click the “My Parking Account” link.

-- Select “Vehicle Registration” to begin the parking registration process.

-- When prompted, select any of the semester terms listed, then click “Continue.”

-- Under “Vehicle Registration/Purchase by Semester,” select “Employee Covered by Contract” from the drop-down menu and click “Continue.”

-- Information under “Select a Vehicle” indicates what is registered in the system. If the information is current, you do not need to do anything else.

-- If the information must be updated, complete the form under “Add a Vehicle.” All information requested is required to complete the transaction. Next, return to the “Select a Vehicle” section and click the bubble to select the vehicle you want to register. Then select “Request Parking” to complete the process. Individuals are able to register multiple vehicles on their parking account; however, only one vehicle is allowed on campus at a time.

The MCC parking permit will cover parking at both the Brighton and Downtown campuses. Employees’ parking registration is tied to their license plate; no paper permits are issued. Under the Monroe County Parking Program, unregistered vehicles are subject to summonses.

Please regularly check the MCC Daily Tribune for updates on Downtown Campus parking and transportation services.
