The MCC Board of Trustees took the following actions at yesterday’s meeting:
*Accepted the interim financial report as of July 31, 2009.
*Authorized the purchase of items over $10,000 for the month of July 2009.
*Authorized the President to withdraw from the Main & Clinton Local Development Corporation given that the joint development project known as Renaissance Square has concluded.
*Authorized the transfer of funds among various internal accounts.
As an information item to the board, Annette Agness, director of the MCC Association, and Joseph Marchese, finance manager of the MCC Association, made a presentation on the budget of the MCC Association.
