Have you tried to change your password from a Smart Classroom and found that it was not available? It is still available! Users must use the CTL and ALT that are physically located on the right side of the keyboard. Shifting to the right CTL-ALT and DEL will enable the change password options of Windows. Those specific keys MUST be used because the other CTL-ALT are used by the underlying management platform of Virtual Campus 6.0.
