Informational meeting to study in Florence, Italy May 2010


Would you like to study in Florence, Italy, May-June 2010?

There will be an informational meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday November 17 and 18, 2009 at 4:30pm in 3-157. Information will be disseminated about HSP222 and the study abroad options available for this course while in Italy. This is a three-week class to explore the culinary cuisine, culture, art, and history of the Tuscany Region in Italy.

(3 MCC elective credits)

Students can choose classes in culinary arts, baking and pastry, photography, food culture and society in Italy, pairing food and wine, Mediterranean diet, professional travel and food writing, art history and architecture of Florence, Italian language, Italian renaissance architecture, international marketing, hotel management operations and front office procedures, and many more.
