On November 15, 2004, the Monroe County Legislature approved the acquisition of property at 2618 and 2530 Brighton-Henrietta Townline Road for use by the College.
As part of the 2003-2008 College Facilities Master Plan, it was recommended that the College consider purchasing property at the south end of the campus as it became available.
This land purchase is intended as a long-term investment in anticipation of future expansion. More immediately, the property will be used for temporary office space and/or storage.
