You Can Save a Life

Phi Theta Kappa needs your help to make a difference in the life of someone with leukemia.  In honor of Joe Richardson, MCC Admissions Counselor, and Dan Putnam, brother of a PTK Vice President, we are having a bowling fundraiser called Strike Against Leukemia to raise money to support a bone marrow drive here at MCC.  This event is designed for bowlers and non-bowlers alike.  It will be a no-tap format consisting of teams of four.  There will be prizes!  All of this for only $15.00 per person.  Kids are welcome.  There will be a crayon station and a bowling coach will be present to help them learn how to bowl.  Free pizza and soda will also be provided.

Enter your team or sign up to join a team at the Phi Theta Kappa office (3-133) or by e-mailing us at ptk@monroecc.edu.  Strikes Against Leukemia will be held at Olympic Bowl located on Scottsville Rd. on Saturday, November 1, 2003 at 1:00 p.m.
