As discussed at the December 7th Board of Trustees, the College has prepared a salary report that includes a listing of each MCC employee’s base salary and any additional compensation that has been paid to the employee. As a publicly funded institution, MCC is subject to rules that require us to make this information public and available for inspection. The purpose of this report is to embrace that expectation of transparency and to allow people to easily access this information in a readable format.
Copies of the report will be on reserve at the Service Desk at both the Brighton and Damon City Campus Libraries. Faculty and staff are asked to present their ID when checking out the materials from the library.
In addition, copies of the report will also be available for inspection in the administrative offices of the Public Safety Training Facility, the Applied Technologies Center, and the Economic & Workforce Development Center.
