Sit Back and Enjoy Nonstop Reading of African-American Works


Plan to attend “A Reading of the Harlem Renaissance and Beyond,” a nonstop reading of poetry, short stories and other works by African-American authors. More than 20 MCC students, faculty and staff members will participate in the reading in celebration of Black History Month and to highlight The Freedom Place Collection exhibit, currently on display in MCC’s Mercer Gallery.

WHERE: Mercer Gallery in Building 12

WHEN: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 7
