Wayne Uter, Math Department adjunct faculty member, presented "The Magic of Math", a right brain approach to a left brain subject, at the New York State Mathematics Association of Two Year Colleges (NYSMATYC) annual conference in Rochester, April 17-19. It was a series of activities using the theme, "Math is easy, Math is fun..." to demonstrate some of the "magic" in patterns of math from arithmetic to algebra.
