See MCC Faculty & Staff Read Don Quixote

As you probably have noticed by now, MCC is playing host to the Don Quixote Symposium this week to celebrate the 400th anniversary of its publication. As part of the festivities, a video is being shown around campus throughout the week featuring MCC faculty & staff reading from Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra's classic "Don Quixote de la Mancha". Sixteen intrepid readers read for a combined total of four hours in English, German, Italian, and, of course, the original Spanish. This is our own small imitation of the "Quijote marathon reading" celebrated in Madrid, Spain every year, which requires three days straight of reading! The video can be seen on the plasma displays in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center, and on TV screens in the lobbies of Buildings 5, 8, and 12.
