Yes, that's right! Reflections Restaurant, located on the first floor of the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center, will be opening Tuesday, September 17th. We have NEW menu items including macaroni & mheese, grilled reuben sandwiches, gluten-free penne pasta marinara, and salmon. We also have gluten-free rolls that can be requested for your Bistro Burger or Pollo-146, our grilled chicken sandwich. We are open from 11:30am - 1:15pm, Monday - Thursday. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, in addition to cash.
