Do you have a library-related question? Of course you can always call, email, or visit the MCC Libraries, but now you can also use the new MCC LibAnswers service. Access it via the MCC Libraries Web page (or also, eventually, via the Library tab in MyMCC).
Search the MCC LibAnswers FAQ (frequently asked questions) from the link … or type your question in the search box and click on Ask Us. For now, you will need to type your question in again when you get to the LibAnswers screen.
If LibAnswers doesn’t offer a good answer from its knowledge base, click on Ask Us on the LibAnswers screen to send the question to the MCC Libraries. An MCC library employee will answer you directly within one business day.
If you need an immediate answer to your question, just scroll down the LibAnswers Web page for the Chat box at bottom right to chat online in real time with a librarian at MCC or one of our partner institutions.
We hope LibAnswers will help you find the answers you need even when the MCC Libraries are closed!
