Scholarship Open Raises $45,763 for MCC

A sold-out event, the MCC Foundation’s 21st annual Scholarship Open drew 146 players to the links at Irondequoit Country Club on July 11. Approximately 40 tournament sponsors and donors—including Bronze Star Sponsors Bausch & Lomb, Brite Computers and The Pike Company—helped to set a tone of philanthropy towards public higher education in our community.

The M&T Bank foresome of John Bartlotta, Dan Lynch, Bill Sentiff, David Bonacci won with the lowest gross score; the Toyota Motor Sales foursome of Rob Brown, Mike Cinque, Jason Jerome and Mike Rencis were the lowest net score winners. The event raised $45,763 for Monroe Community College students.
