Now that you have been using Outlook 2003, do you get a pop up bubble in the lower right corner of the screen when you print?
Here is the fix to turn off this feature:
Click on ‘Start’ in the lower left corner of the screen.
Select ‘Settings, Printers and Faxes’;
(Do not select any printer)
Click on ‘File’, ‘Server Properties’
Select the ‘Advanced’ tab in Print Server Properties window.
Remove the check mark from ‘Show information notifications for network printers’.
Click ‘Apply’ and then ‘OK’.
Close the ‘Printers and Faxes’ display.
Now send something to the printer. The display message will not appear.
