Reflections Restaurant, the student-run, sit-down restaurant located on the first floor of the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center, will offer the following specials this week:
Monday: Chicken Primavera with fettuccini and vegetable medley. Italian wedding soup, and creamy lemon cake
Tuesday: roast pork loin with sautéed peppers & onions, twice-baked potato and sweet baby carrots, cheesy meatball soup, and bread pudding with whipped cream
Wednesday: NY strip steak with gorgonzola cream sauce with green & red sautéed peppers, and garlic mashed potatoes, Manhattan clam chowder, and dark chocolate molten cake
Thursday: Yankee pot roast with Italian green beans, and roasted potatoes, cream of pepperoni soup, and rice pudding
