Attendance being held up by PIN problems?
Reporting your class attendance is an important part of the Financial Aid and Grading process. It may not be the easiest process but if you can’t even log in to report it, our students’ Financial Aid will be held up.

If you forgot or need to reset your Records/Banner PIN and need to reset it, please follow the directions below:
1. Call the help desk at 292-TECH (8324)
2. Completing the Records PIN reset process once you have spoken to the TECH desk
