Due to system limitations with the current Outlook Calendar software, the Campus Events Office staff (as of March 18) is in the process of transferring all events to the Ad Astra scheduling software. To ensure all your events are transferred appropriately, we ask that you reach out via email to the Campus Events staff representative that held your reservation request to verify your hold. In addition we ask that you submit your completed application paperwork in a timely fashion.
