MCC is offering an Open Enrollment for voluntary Long-Term Care (LTC) for employees. During the Open Enrollment period employees may enroll in LTC by completing a Short Form Health Statement. After the Open Enrollment period, employees, spouses, children (age 18 and older), parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, and grandparents-in-law may enroll in LTC by completing a Long-Form Health Statement.
The risk of needing Long Term Care is very real, and we hope that you will consider taking advantage of this opportunity to learn about this benefit.
To assist you with any questions you may have about LTC, two LTC information sessions will be offered by MedAmerica representative Bob Burke.
