Professor Judy Bulin, Ph.D. (Business Administration and Economics) was interviewed by RNews on Jan. 7 regarding the upcoming closure of Wegmans’ Brooks-Chili store. Bulin conveyed that the decision to close the store was strategic and based on consumer activity, and not an indicator of future downsizing.
