Welcome Back! Hope you all had a wonderful winter break. So now I spoil it all with this reality message. Attendance collection is due by Tuesday, February 26th. There is still a large number of courses with no attendance yet submitted. Please submit your information by 4:45 on 2/26 so we can match our Fall 07 attendance collection result of 100% attendance subnission.
Three steps to easy attendance submission:
1. If a student never attended the course, enter "0" in the ATTEND HOURS column.
2. If the student is presently attending the course, enter “1” in the ATTEND HOURS column.
3. If a student stopped attending on or before the census date, enter their last attend date (MMDDYYYY) in the LAST ATTEND DATE column.
The census date for full term courses is 2/11/08. If you are teaching a varied length course, the census date is listed on your attendance memo.
Click submit to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation from R+R within 24 business hours when you have successfully submitted your attendance. Remember each student should have only a 0, or a 1 or an LDA.
If you choose to enter a withdrawal (W grade), be sure to also enter a last date of attendance in the date column. Pay special attention to the withdrawal deadline noted on your attendance memo. Students in attendance beyond this date do not qualify for a “W” grade.
