Oh!!!! The places you'll go ON TIME and the Time you'll save once your schedule is electronic

Come and join us for this Brown Bag Session Monday, October  23 at 12 noon in 11-109 and take your Outlook Calendaring skills to the next level!  Outlook Calendaring is all about efficiency and easy access to your free and busy times in a given day!  The moment your schedule is within Outlook many opportunities exist because a person can easily reference where you are and the times you are free and the times you are unavailable within the calendar!  Whether it is a family member, a colleague, or a student in crisis, you owe it to those that need quick access to you to come find out about Outlook Calendaring!

We will review the more advanced options within Outlook Calendaring:

·        Work With Tools, Options to delegate your calendar to others and decide how much of your free/busy information needs to be published for viewing by others

·        View your Calendar in many different ways – focus on today or see what the month has to offer quickly and easily

·        Set Colors for specific appointments for easy viewing with the Label Feature

·        Get a group together easily with the schedule a meeting feature

·        Categorize your Appointments for easy access

·        Print your Calendar for posting and sharing information

·        Use the Group Calendaring feature to view all calendars in one location!

·        Think about converting your paper “To Do” list into electronic format and easily view your schedule for the day and the projects on your list – Set Due Dates and reminders to get things done!  Schedule time in your day to work on your projects
