A Framework for Leading Change Through the Lens of Student Success
The College of Southern Maryland Prince Frederick campus began a collegewide effort that explored innovative ways to respond to the academic and student development needs of the student population. Guided by Kotter's "Eight Stage Process to Creating Major Change," the Student Services division worked with internal and external stakeholders to develop the Learning Community Program, a framework for student success.
