Could be your cache is full. The solution is simple:
In 2010, 2013 and 2016 Outlook, click on:
- Click File tab in Outlook
- Click Options in left pane
- Click Advanced in left side pane of options window
- Scroll down to Developers section and click Custom Forms button
- Click Manage Forms button
- Click Clear Cache button and wait a few moments.
Nothing will appear on the screen to let you know Outlook is doing anything.
- Click Close button to close window and OK buttons to close other windows.
