100 Days Project Update: Web Template Implementation Project

The College’s third 100 Days to Innovation project—the Web Template Implementation Project (Web TIP)—has completed its first phase. Thank you to the English and Philosophy and Financial Aid departments for their willingness to serve as our test groups. We’re pleased to share that we tested our process on those web pages and they have now been successfully transitioned into the College’s new web templates!

The goal of Web TIP is to establish an efficient process for transitioning existing web pages into the College’s official web templates. This goal will create a consistent and cohesive MCC look throughout the website and lay the foundation for the implementation of a web content management system (wCMS) down the road.

The Web TIP project leads are Jeff Bartkovich and Cynthia Cooper; the project manager is Colleen Brennan-Barry. Until the completion of our 100 days (March 30), this project is our priority; thank you for your understanding as other projects may be delayed. Please watch the MCC Daily Tribune for updates and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
